| Check Emails with oEmail |

The screenshot above features oEmail's Toolbar, Email Folders, and Message Area. We will go through each of them as below. |
 | | 1. Pop Email Account
Before you proceed, you need to configure your POP Email Account Settings for Incoming, Outgoing Mail Servers and Email Login in order to establish your mail server connection to receive and send out emails. You can add multiple POP email accounts in oEmail.
Account Settings Enter your Name and Email Address which will be used as sender information when you send emails.

POP3 Mail Server (Incoming) Enter your Server Name which is the address or hostname of the mail server and the port number. Also, enter your login information such as Username and Password. Check the option box below if you wish to remove all received emails from this server.
SMTP Mail Server (Outgoing) Enter your Server Name which is the address or hostname of the mail server and the port number. Also, enter your login information such as Username and Password.
Click on the Save button to add your account settings. |

 | | 2. View Inbox
All received emails will be stored in your Inbox. Click on the Get Mail icon at the toolbar to retrieve new emails. Browse through your emails using Previous and Next links, sort your emails in ascending or descending order, and flag your emails according to their importancy.
Manage your emails by simply select multiple emails and move them to the Inbox, Sent, Draft, Junk, Trash Or Archive. |

 | | 3. Compose Emails
Compose your email with Rich Text editor and enter recipients email addresses from your Address Book or key in manually. You can also attach files together with your email by browsing through your PC or browse to the files in oDrive to upload. Once you are done, press the Send button or save as Draft if you wish to send it later. |

 | | 4. Search Your Emails
You can search for your emails by clicking on the Search button and enter keywords or phrases. You can search by, From, To, CC, Subject, Body, Date, Flag throughout your email folders.
The search results will be displayed where you can delete selected emails and move them to another locations. |

 | | 5. Address Book
Add your contacts in your address book and categorize them into different groups.
You can search for a specific contact by entering the name of the person or keywords. Remove selected contacts from the address book. |

 | | 6. Create Archive List
Archive keeps all the important emails or past emails. You can create different folders and assign specific email addresses. Therefore, when an email is set as archive, the system will automatically move it to a specific folder. |

 | | 7. Create oEmail Templates
Create email templates to assist you in writing emails, such as when you are creating a newsletter. Click on the Template icon at the toolbar and proceed to add new template using the Rich Text editor.
Thus, when you compose an email you can browse to your template to load it into the email body. |

 | | 8. Set Email As Junk/Not Junk
oEmail incorporates spam filtering tool where it filters junk mails automatically from your mailbox.
Select any spam email from your Inbox and set it as junk mail. The system will identify the email as spam and automatically filter them in the future. On the other hand, you may check and set important emails as Not Junk to avoid them from being filtered mistakenly. The spam filtering tool will learn to become smarter and more efficient as you use it. |
