The screenshot above features oNetwork's Toolbar including Network, Contact, Group, and Invite functionalities.
We will go through each functionality as below. |
 | | 1. Web Group and Add Contact
Search for the Web Group that you know. Click to invite your colleagues and friends who also have oDesktop accounts to join your network.
If the person you wish to search exist in the network, send a message to him or her and click on the Request button. An invitation will be sent to request for his approval. |

 | | 2. Invite People To Join Your Community
Besides inviting your network friends, you can also invite others to sign up for oDesktop to join your community. To do so, click on the Invite icon at the toolbar and you may choose to enter the email address either from the Address Book or manually. Then, enter your own message and press the Invite button. |

 | | 3. Send Messages & Files
Start your conversation with a friend who is online by clicking on his name. You can even send files to him by browsing to your files in oDrive. |

 | | 4. Share Files With Network Friends
As described in oDrive, you can grant permission to your network friends to share your files and folders. Let's say, you wish to share your photos with your friends, select the files and enable file sharing option in oPhoto. Therefore, your friends can search for the files and access them on their oDesktop.
When you access to your oDrive, you will find a list of your network friends. You can click on their names to access their files. |
